[Planned Parenthood] PPAMA: Public Affairs

Planned Parenthood staff, volunteers, and supporters celebrate the 34th anniversary of
Roe v Wade in Princeton.
About Public Affairs at PPAMA
Our Public Affairs staff works to influence policy
and the legislative process by providing information, support, and training to
community volunteers and activists.
Through grassroots organizing, outreach events,
and coalition building, we work with local, state, and national officials to
protect choice.
Our advocacy training workshops help individuals,
organizations, and college classrooms become stronger promoters of reproductive
freedom and sexual health.
Grassroots organizing, lobbying elected officials,
and media outreach are a few of the topics addressed in our workshops and
trainings.

Vox
Our student-run Vox groups are designed to
educate, inspire, and unite a new generation of pro-choice Americans in
support of reproductive health and freedom.
Vox students work to raise
public awareness about reproductive rights and sexual well-being through
organizing events, sponsoring speakers and workshops, and tabling on college
campuses.

Planned Parenthood Association of the Mercer Area currently operates Vox chapters at
Princeton
University, Rider University, and
The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).
We always welcome new members and chapters. For more information, email us
at
