Resources and Services

Counseling

Our educators provide short-term counseling on a variety of reproductive health issues and offer a comprehensive referral system to help clients access social services throughout Mercer County.

Educators work one-on-one with parents and youth to explore and learn to communicate their beliefs and values and work together to resolve difficult situations, set goals, and discuss ways to help youth achieve these goals. All counseling services are provided in a non-judgmental and confidential atmosphere.

Birth Control Kits

We invite you to enhance your presentation or class with a birth control kit.  Birth control kits include the latest forms of contraception including the Nuva Ring, Ortho-Evra Patch, and Emergency Contraception.  Information on each method and brochures for students are included.  Birth control kits require a refundable deposit for rental.

Education Programs

Our Education Department provides education on a range of sexual health topics in a variety of educational and community settings. We believe that providing accurate, age-appropriate information about sexual development, healthy relationships, pregnancy prevention, and the importance of good clinical care enables the community to make life-enhancing decisions about their sexuality.

Our education programs seek to empower parents, youth, teachers, and community professionals to increase conversation about sex and sexuality, explore values, and provide medically accurate information.
