family planning providers in the developing world in professional partnerships
to share expertise, experience, and ideas. These provider-to-provider exchanges
are improving health services in the United States and around the world. But
beyond the providers, international partnerships forge firsthand connections
between communities. These connections create energetic activists on behalf of
reproductive rights around the globe.
Planned Parenthood of Central New Jersey has
joined with the Planned Parenthood Association of the Mercer Area in a
groundbreaking partnership to participate in Planned Parenthood’s Global
Partners in Local Communities program. The two affiliates will partner
with Planned Parenthood of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal office in Durban, South
Africa (PPASA KZN).
